Why become a member? Here are just a few reasons.

• Exclusive Content – trail maps, ebooks, camping lists are only available to members. If you’re not a member, chances are you already missed out on some of this great information when you were in our destinations section or reading an article.
• Share Experience – join groups and post in forums to get answers to questions, find new unique outdoor destinations and share your own expertise and opinions.
• Events and Meet Ups – Learn about events, post your own, start a meet up. We are planning some fun meet ups and members events for active participants.
• Voice Your Opinion – Members are given a free blog. You can post to your profile and within the groups that you’re a member of. Spread the word!
• Photo Sharing – Post your favorite pictures of your outdoor adventures. You can share them with friends and our outdoor community.

What are points? We’re still experimenting with points, but the idea is to reward active members with free stuff like hats, shirts, gear and invitations to fun events. points you earn today will accumulate, so you can use them when the program is announced.

Do I have control of what information I share? We have done our best to give our members as much control as possible over their content.
