Outdoor Exercise and Fitness
When it comes to exercise, it's so hard just to get started. There might be a million reasons to get fit, but for probably most of us, it's quite a struggle to keep at it—consistently. We often start out strong with a new exercise program, but then get bored with it, finding we cannot make the commitment because it isn't enjoyable or it is too rigorous, painful, stressful and/or strenuous.
But exercising can be fun, easy and matter of fact.

What could be better?________
By staying physically fit and maintaining a healthy weight/BMI, you give yourself the best chance to lead a long, happy life. Physical fitness, strength (of both body and mind), as well as speed, stamina and increased endurance all mean you'll be able to live longer and to live well (to borrow a line from GNC, the health food and vitamin store); and we also want you to remember:
